Lover is all about confidence. It is her grown up album. Unlike her past love albums that were all about chasing after the guy and high school love, this album is all about being confident in herself and seeing her own worth. It’s all about loving yourself. This is a light and airy album. She’s a free-spirit in this album, unafraid to speak her mind and show her true colors.
This was my first vinyl I painted as this was her opener on the tour. This Era is the one that started it all with this collection and inspired me to paint all of her Eras on vinyl records. I love her shimmery outfit for this Era and the pastel colors on the album cover, so I decided to keep with the cover art for this particular piece.
